This role demands interdisciplinary leadership and interdepartmental coordination as well as independent thinking. Experience in Flender’s internal processes and products or gearing industry is a welcomed plus. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in process improvement and be proficient in SAP or similar MRP/ERP System.\nThe position will report to the Wind Segment Manager based in Elgin, IL.
