We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Certified Plant Operator to join our Christchurch team.\n\nAbout the Role\nThis is a varied role where you'll be involved in the production, testing, quality assurance and delivery of concrete products, helping ensure every load meets both customer expectations and Firth's high standards. You'll work closely with plant operations, drivers and customers, mixing and batching concrete, carrying out testing procedures, maintaining accurate records and supporting the day-to-day running of the plant.
