We're looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to lead our financial accounting and reporting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that supports business performance and decision-making across PlaceMakers\nReporting to the Head of Finance, you'll lead a high-performing Financial Accounting team while owning consolidated financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audit management, financial controls, and process improvement initiatives. You'll also play a key role in finance transformation projects and strategic business transitions\nLeading the month-end, half-year, and year-end financial reporting and consolidation processes \nManaging statutory reporting, taxation compliance, audits, and financial controls \nProviding expert technical accounting guidance across complex financial matters \nDelivering clear, decision-useful analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders \nLeading and developing a team of approximately seven finance professionals \nDriving process improvement, system enhancements, and reporting automation initiatives \nManaging finance workstreams for business projects and joint venture transitions \nBuilding strong relationships across Finance, Operations, Support Office, and Group stakeholders\nBased at our Support Office in Penrose, Auckland, this is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.\nAbout You:\nWith strong technical accounting expertise and proven leadership experience, you bring a track record in financial reporting, compliance, consolidations, audits, stakeholder management, and building high-performing finance teams.
