You'll play a critical part in ensuring our manufacturing operations run efficiently, customer orders are delivered on time, inventory is optimised, and production capacity is maximised. Working closely with Production, Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain teams, you'll use data and insights to influence outcomes and continually improve how we operate.\nWe're looking for someone who is naturally curious, challenges the status quo and is always looking for better ways of doing things. You don't wait to be told what needs attention, you identify issues, investigate the numbers and take action.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDeveloping and maintaining production plans to meet customer demand.\nMonitoring manufacturing capacity and balancing workloads across the site.\nGenerating and analysing production, inventory and performance reports.\nManaging ERP data integrity and planning information.\nWorking closely with production teams to optimise schedules and improve efficiency.\nIdentifying risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.\nSupporting inventory management, cycle counting and raw material control.\nCollaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve DIFOTIS outcomes.\nProviding regular reporting and recommendations to site leadership. \nAbout youYou're someone who enjoys working with data, understands how numbers tell a story and can confidently translate insights into action.\nYou'll ideally bring:\nExperience in production planning, supply chain planning or manufacturing operations.\nStrong ERP experience, with exposure to Movex highly regarded.\nAdvanced Excel and data analysis skills.\nThe ability to interpret operational and manufacturing data and make sound recommendations.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capability.\nA continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skills.\nEnergy, initiative and a genuine desire to drive outcomes\nWhy join Stramit?At Stramit, you'll join a business that's committed to safety, innovation and continuous improvement.
