It represents the world we envision-a world where sustainable water management is a reality, where our commitment is unwavering, and where we make a meaningful impact every day.\nAbout Your New Role\n\nBased at our Chipping Norton site, the Quality Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring quality is understood, embedded and continuously improved across our manufacturing and distribution operations. Working closely with operational teams, you will monitor quality systems, product testing and compliance, identify areas for improvement and help ensure the products leaving our site are reliable and consistent.\nThis is a hands-on role where your ability to build relationships and influence others will be just as important as your technical quality knowledge. You will work across different teams and levels of technical understanding, conducting audits, supporting quality reviews, managing non-conformances and corrective actions, and helping people understand and apply quality processes in their everyday work. You will also support the maintenance of the QC lab and equipment, quality isolated stock, training records and quality awareness training for new employees.\nBeyond the site, you will take ownership of national document control, coordinating the review, consolidation and standardisation of quality documentation across the business.
