The Service Advisors serves as a liaison between customer and technician ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the recommended service and/or repairs are understood by the customer.\nBenefits\nHealth insurance\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nPaid sick time\nPaid vacation\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nFlexible spending account\nProfessional development assistance\nLife insurance\nEmployee assistance plan\nDisability insurance\nWhat You Will Do\nServe as the primary point of contact for service guests and play a critical role in creating a seamless, professional, and luxury-level service experience.\nListen carefully to customer concerns, document repair and maintenance needs accurately, coordinate with technicians and internal teams, and communicate clearly throughout the repair process.\nGreet guests promptly and professionally, review vehicle concerns, recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines, and prepare accurate repair orders.\nProvide timely updates, explain recommendations and repair findings in a way customers can understand, obtain approvals for additional work, and ensure guests are informed of pricing, timelines, and completion status.\nWork closely with technicians, parts, warranty, and management to ensure repair orders are written clearly, work is properly dispatched, and vehicles move efficiently through the service process.\nIdentify opportunities to improve customer retention, service sales, and overall department performance by delivering a high standard of communication, follow-through, and guest care.\nSuccess in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, polished, guest-focused approach.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nPrevious experience as a Service Advisor strongly preferred.\nA strong understanding of repair order documentation, maintenance recommendations, warranty awareness, and service department workflow is highly valued.\nValid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership and insurance requirements.\nThe ideal candidate must be able to build rapport quickly, handle difficult conversations with professionalism, and maintain a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or guest satisfaction.\nPay: $105,000 - $167,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commissions, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions based on performance but will also be paid minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods.
