What You Will Do

• Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for dealership guests to and from designated locations.
• Create a professional and welcoming experience by assisting guests entering and exiting the shuttle and providing help with personal belongings when needed.
• Plan and follow efficient routes while communicating estimated pickup and arrival times with guests and dealership team members.
• Maintain communication with the Service team regarding guest transportation needs, pickup requests, delays, and completed trips.
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, organized, fueled, and ready for guest transportation throughout the workday.

What We Are Looking For

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company and insurance requirements for operating dealership vehicles.
• Safe driving habits and a commitment to protecting guests, vehicles, and dealership property.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach when interacting with guests.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to manage scheduled and unscheduled transportation requests.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with guests and dealership team members.
• Familiarity with the local area and the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or other navigation tools.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and guest service.

Pay: $18.50 - $18.50 / hour
