Working across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning, you will lead the development of a consensus demand plan, identify emerging trends and risks, and drive planning excellence through our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDeveloping and maintaining accurate demand forecasts through analysis of historical sales, market trends, customer insights and business drivers.\nLeading the monthly Demand Consensus process, facilitating alignment across Sales, Marketing and Finance to deliver a single, agreed demand plan and financial outlook.\nDriving the demand planning components of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) processes, supporting informed cross-functional decision making.\nPartnering with Supply Planning to balance demand and supply requirements, ensuring risks and opportunities are identified and managed proactively.\nMonitoring and analysing forecast accuracy, bias and key planning performance metrics, implementing actions to improve forecast outcomes.\nEvaluating the demand impact of new product launches, promotional activity and key customer initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're seeking an experienced Demand Planner who combines strong analytical capability with commercial acumen and a passion for process excellence. You'll be comfortable working with complexity, influencing stakeholders and using data to drive better business outcomes.\nYou will bring:\nTertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Economics, Science, Engineering or a related discipline.\nProven experience in Demand Planning and knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) processes, with an appreciation of how demand planning supports effective business decision-making.\nExperience working with Advanced Supply Chain Planning systems.\nAdvanced analytical skills, with experience interpreting large and complex data sets to generate actionable insights.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment across functions and levels of the organisation.\nA structured and disciplined approach, with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.\nAPICS certification (CPIM, CSCP or equivalent) will be highly regarded.\nWhy Laminex?\nJoin a well-established organisation where your expertise will genuinely influence how the business plans, performs and serves its customers.
