You'll coach your team, drive operational performance, and maintain high standards of customer service and safety.\nDaily you will be responsible for -\nLeading, coaching and developing a team to achieve operational and customer service goals\nOverseeing daily despatch operations, ensuring orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time\nManaging workload priorities, staffing requirements and resource planning\nControlling Inventory and stock management with the use of continuous improvement techniques\nEffective fleet and logistics management to meet DIFOT targets cost-effectively\nMaintain accurate documentation and system information across ACE, TMS and related platforms\nCoach team members through on-the-job training and development\nBuilding strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Trade Support, Inventory and Delivery Services teams\nEnsuring all health, safety and environmental standards are consistently maintained and championed\nThis is a permanent full-time role.
