Playing a key part in managing the efficient flow of products and coordinating logistics and delivery schedules, you'll ensure products are ready for transport, and the despatch function operates safely and efficiently every day.\nLead, coach and develop the despatch team through on-the-job training and development\nOversee daily despatch operations, ensuring orders are picked, loaded and dispatched\nManage workload priorities, staffing requirements and planning delivery logistics\nCoordinate delivery schedules and fleet utilisation \nVerify orders against documentation and resolve any discrepancies\nMonitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, cycle counts, and replenishment activities\nManage documentation and maintain accurate system records\nBuild strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organised despatch area through general housekeeping\nOperate a Forklift \nPermanent full-time role based at PlaceMakers New Lynn offering 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.\nAbout You:\nTo succeed in this role, you'll be a hands-on leader who leads by example and knows how to motivate and develop a team.
