Based in Taupo, this is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll work closely with frontline leaders and employees to ensure training is delivered effectively, skills are developed, and our people have the capability they need to succeed.\nWhat you'll be doing\nCoordinate and drive training activities across the manufacturing site\nPartner with Production Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors to identify capability needs\nEnsure training plans, competency frameworks and skills matrices are maintained and delivered\nLead our Manufacturing Excellence programme\nSupport onboarding and training for new employees\nTrack training completion, compliance and competency requirements\nFacilitate practical, on-the-job learning and development initiatives\nWork with frontline teams to embed safe work practices and operational excellence\nContinuously improve training processes and identify capability gaps\n\nWhat we're looking for\nYou don't necessarily need a formal L&D background.
