We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major HR systems transition programme that will help shape our future people, payroll, recruitment and workforce management technology landscape.\nThis is a 12-month fixed term business-critical role leading a portfolio of HR technology initiatives as we transition to future-state systems and services. Working across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Technology, you'll bring together business and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes while ensuring critical people processes continue to operate seamlessly throughout the transition.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead the delivery of a large-scale HR systems transformation programme\nCoordinate work across payroll, HR, recruitment and workforce management systems\nManage programme plans, budgets, governance, risks and key stakeholders\nOversee integrations, data migration, testing and go-live activities\nDrive business readiness, training and change management initiatives\nManage vendors, implementation partners and delivery teams\nWhat you'll bring:\nExperience leading or supporting large-scale technology or business systems projects\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nExperience with enterprise systems, such as HR, payroll, workforce management, recruitment, finance, or ERP platforms\nA practical understanding of implementation activities, including testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment\nExperience supporting organisational change and helping teams adopt new ways of working\nThe ability to build effective relationships across operational, business, and technical teams\nRelevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in project delivery\nHighly regarded:\nExperience with PayGlobal, Workday, Avature, WFS or similar platforms\nExperience delivering large-scale transformation, migration or separation programmes\nChange management or programme management certifications\nKnowledge of payroll, privacy and compliance requirements\nWhat's on offer:\nLead a significant people and technology transformation programme\nHelp shape the future HR systems landscape across Fletcher Construction, Higgins and Brian Perry Civil\nPlay a key role in Fletcher Construction's transition to VINCI Construction\nWork alongside senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business\nPenrose office location with free parking and onsite café\nUp to 4% matched KiwiSaver contribution\nRetail discounts and benefits for you and your family\nFletcher Construction is a leading construction and infrastructure business delivering complex projects that support New Zealand's communities, economy and future growth.
