You'll lead our Sales Operations and CRM functions while driving the systems, processes, capability and performance frameworks that enable our sales teams to achieve their full potential.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nWorking closely with senior commercial leaders, you'll:\nLead integrated commercial planning across Sales, Category and Marketing to ensure strategic priorities are aligned and execution ready. \nDrive trade marketing and sales enablement initiatives that improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes. \nDevelop sales playbooks, onboarding programmes, launch communications and capability frameworks that lift sales performance. \nLead the Sales Operations and CRM teams, embedding best-practice processes and operational excellence across the sales organisation. \nOwn Salesforce strategy, adoption and capability development while ensuring high-quality commercial data and reporting. \nDeliver dashboards, scorecards and insights that support forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility and data-driven decision making. \nChampion continuous improvement initiatives that reduce complexity and allow sales teams to spend more time with customers. \nLead and develop a high-performing team while building strong partnerships across the wider business. \nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for a commercially astute leader who can combine strategy, analytics and execution.\nYou'll ideally have:\n8+ years' experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Trade Marketing or Business Improvement roles. \nExperience working within a complex B2B, manufacturing or industrial environment. \nStrong knowledge of sales operations, CRM platforms and commercial planning processes. \nProven experience leading Salesforce or a similar CRM platform and driving user adoption. \nAdvanced analytical capability, including experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools. \nA track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that improve sales effectiveness and business performance. \nExceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership skills. \nWhy Join Laminex?\nThis is a chance to lead a function that directly influences commercial performance and future growth, while working with some of Australia’s most recognised building and construction brands.
