In this role, you will be the key person focused on the platform engineering, administration, configuration, development, project delivery and overall support of our ServiceNow platform. It’s a varied role but some of the key responsibilities include:\nManage and administer Service Now across development, test and production environments. \nManage platform releases, upgrades, patching and ongoing platform health. \nLead smaller enhancements and contribute to larger projects. \nIdentify process improvements and opportunities for efficiency. \nCollaborate with internal stakeholder and external partners to deliver platform and workflow improvements. \nDevelop systems integration and process automations using ServiceNow. \nCreate and configure Discovery, Orchestration, Business Rules, Policies, and other elements as required within the platform. \nCreate and maintain Service Catalogue, Reports, Workflows, and Dashboards. \nAbout You\nTo make it here, we are looking for people who thrive working in a team environment, passionate about performance, put the customer first, and are always thinking about innovative ways to solve business and customer needs. For this role, we are also looking for:\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. \nExtensive hands-on experience in administration, configuration, development or platform engineering roles. \nAt least 3 years’ experience supporting and enhancing ServiceNow within a large or complex enterprise environment, with exposure to ITSM, ITBM, SPM and CMDB (or other related modules) \nExcellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build and maintain good working relationships with business leaders, product owners and users at all levels. \nExperience with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies is advantageous. \nExcellent communication with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. \nSelf-starter and comfortable working independently within a small, collaborative team environment. \n*Please note we can only consider applications from those with current working rights for New Zealand.
