Today, we're investing in the capabilities, systems and people that will shape our future.\nAbout Your Role\n\nBased at our Adelaide headquarters, this is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity to take ownership of Oliveri's end-to-end supply chain operations, as a Supply Chain Manager. You will work closely with teams across Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, Finance and Planning to keep products moving efficiently and deliver great outcomes for our customers.\nThis is a role where your ability to connect people, information and processes will really matter. You will use data and insights to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, improve supply chain visibility and help balance service, inventory, cost and operational performance. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to influence how we work and contribute to a more resilient and scalable supply chain for Oliveri.\nMore About You\n\nYou will be someone who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and turning insights into practical improvements. things are done\n\nSkills and Experience Required\nExperience across supply chain, logistics, warehousing or distribution, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial or similarly complex environment \nSound knowledge of freight, inventory optimisation and warehouse performance \nExperience managing suppliers, carriers, contracts and commercial negotiations \nStrong analytical capability, with experience using SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Excel \nExposure to continuous improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma \nProven ability to influence and collaborate across operational and
