Whether you're an established Supply Chain Manager seeking your next leadership opportunity or a transformation specialist who thrives on driving performance improvement, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLeading and developing high-performing Inventory and Despatch teams.\nDriving inventory accuracy, stock integrity and operational excellence.\nOwning freight, despatch and customer delivery performance.\nWorking closely with the Distribution Operations team to identify and resolve issues affecting customer service or inventory\nPartnering with Manufacturing, Planning, Sales and Customer Service to meet demand and exceed customer expectations.\nIdentifying improvement opportunities and implementing smarter ways of working.\nChampioning a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset. \nAbout You\nWe're looking for a seasoned supply chain leader with a proven track record of driving operational transformation, building capability and delivering measurable improvements across service, inventory, safety and performance.
