document customer success playbooks for an evolving, fast-moving startup environment.\n Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, Risk, and Operations to deliver a seamless experience and measurable business outcomes. \nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, within FinTech, SaaS, or financial services.\nProven ability to manage a book of business, drive renewals, and expand account value.\nExcellent communication skills, able to distill complex financial or technical topics into clear, actionable insights.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.\nStrong analytical instincts and a passion for helping customers succeed.\nProven track record
