If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for an Accountant located in Milan, Italy.\nThe role of supporting the Finance Manager of the site involves carrying out administrative activities and tax-related obligations.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nVerification and recording of accounting documents and related calculations (Accounts Payable)\nVerification and issuance of invoices (Accounts Receivable)\nElectronic and paper filing of accounting documents\nManagement of mandatory deadlines relating to tax, social security and regulatory obligations (VAT settlement, F23/F24 forms, management of deadlines relating to taxes/duties/levies)\nVerification of data allocation according to the company chart of accounts\nUpdating company records (Customers and Suppliers\nUpdating corporate records\nManagement of Collections/Payments: preparation of the monthly due-date schedule and control of payment methods\nElectronic and paper filing of banking and financial documents\nManagement of company contracts\nManagement of monthly reporting\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nAt least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or a similar financial role.\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, cash flow, and national accounting regulations; knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage.\nExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP or BaaN and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\nWell-organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAble to independently manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.\nTeam player committed to quality, continuous improvement, and compliance with company policies and procedures.\nExcellent Italian language skills and good English communication skills\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nInteresting and challenging job in an experienced and close-knit team\nSubstantive support in the process of adaptation\nParticipation in projects of international scope\nThe pay level offered for this position is 25.903 euro per year, plus daily meal allowance of 5,29 Euro/each.
