If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Analyst - Accounts Receivable in Chennai.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nHold up the Collections team and our business in to address collections and overdue bills.\nEngage with management and the business to address payment delays and actions.\nParticipate in process improvements, projects and hold up other management directives as prescribed.\nProvide timely reports/information to internal customers/Team guides/managers on customers exposure.\nApply technical knowledge to reduce manual intervention and automate the routine jobs.\nIn charge of ensuring timely generation and submission of invoices for Shipment and Services.\nInitiate actions for early identification and resolution of disputes with the customer.\nContact customer (email and calls) and confirm receipt of shipment, Invoices, upcoming payment dates and invoice to be paid.\nFacilitate timely accounting of Funds Credited to Flex Bank account.\nReporting activities - Generate and update Weekly AR reports, prepare AR/GL recons.\nEnsure completion of Month end accounting activities as per the corporate calendar.\nHolding up audit requirement for the function assigned.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\n B. Com / B.C. S / M.
