If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Analyst, Linux Systems located in Guadalajara North Campus.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nMonitor, maintain, and optimize Linux server infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.\nResearch, analyze, and resolve complex system issues while providing technical support to internal users and business teams.\nInstall, configure, upgrade, and maintain Linux operating systems, applications, and supporting infrastructure.\nImplement system enhancements, patches, and security updates following corporate standards and best practices.\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual administrative tasks.\nCollaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure projects, system migrations, and technology implementations.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, procedures, system configurations, and operational guidelines.\nParticipate in troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis, and incident resolution to ensure business continuity.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.\nBasic to intermediate experience administering Linux operating systems in a corporate environment.\nKnowledge of Linux distributions such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, Ubuntu, or Oracle Linux.\nFamiliarity with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.\nExperience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Shell Scripting.\nKnowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting methodologies.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively within a global team environment.\nThe experience we're looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience as a Linux Administrator, Linux Analyst, Systems Administrator, or similar role.\nExperience managing Linux servers in enterprise environments.\nKnowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, or cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.\nExperience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.\nFamiliarity with security best practices, patch management, and access control.\nIntermediate to Advanced English level.\nStrong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKM09\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
