Additionally, should have excellent stake holders service skills and works\nwell in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nResponsible to manage C class items procurement activities\nE2E Purchasing Cycle which included PR to PO, sending PO to suppliers, PO Confirmation,\nDelivery follow up and supplier payment coordination.\nCoordination with vendors for actual delivery status of material.\nOn Time completion of Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report for Review.\nWorking on Pull in, push out & Cancellation as per the MRP report and achieving the KPI\nTargets.\nMaintain Inventory to optimum level as per site requirement.\nCoordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and supplier for Purchase Order\nChanges.\nManaging Supplier database.\nShould include Shortage / excess escalation management\nCo-ordinate and follow through on urgent receive, past dues Management and\nresolving receiving challenges.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nEducation: Diploma or B.com/ B.B.A/ B.Sc /.\nExperience: 0 to 2 Year (Procurement / Supply Chain) (Not mandatory)\nKnowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Required)\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nHealth Insurance\nPTO ##MM20\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
