If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to addAnalyst - Procurement position will be based in Coimbatore\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nPerform administrative activities related to Purchasing.\nMaintains files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation. \nEnters and maintains information on various business systems. \nAssists in expediting orders. \nMay contact vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates. \nMay develop and maintain resources for assigned commodity items. \nPrepares standard requests for quotation. \nCoordinates pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date revisions, activities associated with discontinued items, reviews and may recommend acceptable substitutes, and resolves invoice discrepancies. \nInterfaces directly with suppliers to resolve purchasing, change order and logistics issues.\nHelps or participates in purchase order negotiation, placement, maintenance and follow-up.\nReviews standardized reports to identify issues or generate group statistics.
