If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Assistant Manager - General Ledgerin Chennai.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nStrong experience in independently managing the Month-End Close (MEC) process.\nHands-on expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliations, including analysis and resolution of reconciling items.\nAbility to effectively present and explain financial results, reconciliations, and variances to Controllers, RFDs, and RVPs.\nProficient in working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nSound understanding of General Ledger accounting, accruals, provisions, and financial controls.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience in driving process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a B. Com / B.C. S / M.
