The role works closely with business stakeholders and the Compliance Manager to strengthen governance and ensure compliance obligations are effectively managed.\nThis is an individual contributor role focused on execution, analysis, and compliance program support.\nWhat a typical day will look like:\nCompliance Monitoring\nExecute compliance testing and monitoring activities.\nPerform control reviews and compliance assessments.\nValidate evidence and assess compliance with policies and procedures.\nSupport execution of risk-based review plans.\nRisk & Issue Management\nMaintain compliance risk and issue registers.\nTrack remediation actions and overdue items.\nFollow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of findings.\nSupport periodic risk assessments.\nAudit & Assurance Support\nCoordinate internal and external audit requests.\nCollect and validate documentation and evidence.\nSupport management responses and action plan tracking.\nAssist in audit readiness activities.\nReporting & Dashboarding\nPrepare compliance reports, metrics dashboards, and status updates.\nAnalyze compliance trends and identify recurring issues.\nSupport development and maintenance of compliance KPIs and KRIs.\nPolicy & Training Support\nAssist in policy reviews and updates.\nSupport compliance awareness and training programs.\nMaintain compliance documentation repositories.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify process improvement opportunities.\nSupport automation and compliance technology initiatives.\nAssist in implementation of governance and monitoring tools.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.\nExperience\n4-7 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Controls, SOX, or Governance.\nExperience with compliance reviews, control testing, risk assessments, or audit support activities.\nExposure to corporate functions, shared services, or manufacturing environments preferred.\nKey Competencies\nCompliance Testing\nRisk Assessment\nInternal Controls\nAudit Coordination\nData Analysis\nReport Preparation\nAttention to Detail\nProcess Improvement\nStakeholder Communication\nMicrosoft Excel, Power BI, Compliance Tools\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nPTO\nHealth Insurance\nBB04\nJob Category\nFinanceRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
