If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technician - Engineering Change Management in Pune, India.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCreating part numbers for BOM in agile & Baan Creating AVL in agile & Baan system.\n\nDownloading customer documents like product specifications etc & releasing same in CDC Work as a Change Analysts during NPI for new changes.\n\nRelease Part list to production for new models & after implementation of ECO's\n\nStudy the ECOs / Drawings closely and coordinate with the site Process / Product Engineering team\n\nWork closely with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates / modifications.\n\nRespond to Business Partner (requestor) and customer on queries relating to Engineering Change Orders Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics.\n\nGood in People management & Leadership skills\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nDiploma or B.SC (EEE/ECE) graduate with (0-2) years of experience as a NPI/ECO Engineer in Manufacturing set up Preferably in EMS Industry.\n\nElectronic components with schematic symbols\n\nKnowledge of Electronics Process/Methods,Knowledge of Electronics Machine and types of electronics components.\n\nAnalytical & Logical reasoning and E-mail writing.\n\nBasic Power Point skills and knowledge in Excel VBA.\n\nKnowledge in Auto CAD/Design Software and knowledge on PCB basis and problem solving skills\n\nBasic Concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine learning (ML)\n\nKnowledge of MS office and MS outlook\n\nGood analytical skills.\n\nCoaching & mentoring skills.
