If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Engineer - Engineering Change Management in Coimbatore.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCreating part numbers for BOM in agile & Baan Creating AVL in agile & Baan system.\nDownloading customer documents like product specifications etc & releasing same in CDC Work as a Change Analysts during NPI for new changes.\nRelease Part list to production for new models & after implementation of ECO's Efficiently managing ECOs for manufacturing sites across the globe Use Agile (PLM) system for ECO (Engineering Change Order) creation, reviewing, routing, tracking, releasing and distribution.\nStudy the ECOs / Drawings closely and coordinate with the site Process / Product Engineering team.\nWork closely with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates / modifications.\nRespond to Business Partner (requestor) and customer on queries relating to Engineering Change Orders Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nDiploma or B.SC (EEE/ECE) graduate with (0-2) years of experience as a NPI/ECO Engineer in Manufacturing set up Preferably in EMS Industry.\nNPI (New Product Introduction)\nECO (Engineering Change Order management)\nBOM (Bill Of Materials) Management\nHands on Experience in any PLM software linked to ECO process\nExcellent written and oral communication skills in English MANDATORY.\nKnowledge of MS office and MS outlook\nGood analytical skills.\nCoaching & mentoring skills.\nConflict resolution\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nPaid Time Off\nHealth Insurance\nBB04\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
