If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Engineer, Quality inCoimbatore.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nKnowledge in Quality Management System, Quality Tools/Terminology.\nKnowledge in EMS / Manufacturing process\nSupport in supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technologycapabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks.\nSupport new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards.\nFollow up with suppliers for root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues.\nCollaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities.\nProvide concise, complete, and accurate documentation of inspection results relative to area of responsibility.\nAdhere to process and look for possible process improvements.\nReport on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, or system.\nHave basic knowledge on PPAP, ISO/IATF Standards, Drawing reading.\nManage and coordinate supplier Material / Non-Material cost recovery for Supplier Quality issues.\nContribute to continuous improvement activities.\nQuality control of work by appropriate reviews\nProviding data-driven decision support\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nDiploma in EEE / ECE / Mech / E&TC.\n0 to 2 years’ experience in Automotive Industry /EMS / Electronics Products Manufacturing Industry \nBasic Knowledge in various PCB operations, Lean manufacturing, and ISO standards\nKnowledge of measurement techniques\nPlanning and prioritizing activities\nKnowledge of MS office and MS outlook.\nFlexible to work in any time zone.\nGood communication, analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills\nVery studious, fast learner and able to adapt to the environment.\nShould be very sincere, dedicated and good team player.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nHealth Insurance\nPTO\n#TT22\nJob Category\nQualityRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
