If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a in Associate FinancialAnalyst - Cost Accounting Solutions inChennai.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nPerform periodic review of Profit and Loss (P&L) account to ensure that all the postings are done as per the defined Policy, Process and Procedures.\nCompare the Actual with Forecast / Quote and ensure that the variances are properly. researched and required adjustment postings are done in the books.\nCollect the business reasons for the remaining variances and report appropriately.\nReconcile all the scoped Balance sheet accounts with sub ledger/manual schedule to identify the variance, if any and ensure that those variances are properly dealt in the books of accounts.\nReview the accounts on periodic basis to identify any potential risk and ensure that the same is mitigated properly.\nEnsure that all the book close related /reporting activities are properly planned and executed on timely basis with utmost accuracy.\nWork with relevant teams to prepare the Forecast / Budget for the related accounts.\nWork along with Operations team to improve the business / operational metrics.\nBe familiar with relevant Accounting, regulatory and reporting requirements in the Controllers Handbook and RCTS.\nGood knowledge of Finance and accounting Concepts\nGood written & oral communication skills.\nProficiency in MS Office.\nShould be flexible to work in shifts and support Month end per business needs.\nAnalytical and Problem-solving skills.\n The experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a B. Com / B.C. S / M.
