Ensures complete end to end development of assigned personnel (direct reports) and/or Operations projects.\nShift Hours : 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (M- F)\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead daily manufacturing operations for a production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are consistently achieved.\nSupervise and support a team of approximately 25 production employees, providing coaching, training, performance feedback, and employee development.\nDirect department activities and allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet customer requirements and production schedules.\nPartner with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nMonitor operational metrics and generate reports to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision making.\nSupport recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.\nPromote Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures while protecting company assets and maintaining a safe work environment.\nThe experience we're looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 5 years of operations, manufacturing, production, or related experience.\nDemonstrated leadership, team lead, supervisory, or people management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively present information, write reports, and collaborate across multiple functions and leadership levels.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to manage operational data and reporting.\nAbility to analyze data, solve operational problems, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nGZ27\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
