If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aAssociate Process Engineer located inSenai, Johor.\nIn charge for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nUnderstand the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product\nDefine, Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.\nHave the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process\nHigh level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues \nPrepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.\nSupport and oversee new process equipment production.\nSupport the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).\nEstablish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters\nDevelop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies. \nTrouble shoot process related issues.\nParticipate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.\nEvaluate and select various engineered materials.\nImplement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.\nImplement safety, productivity and yield improvements.\nImprove manufacturing techniques and through put.\nProvide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and yields.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation.\nReview processing methods. \nInterface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.\nAssist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.\nProvide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.\nLead cost improvement/reduction programs.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.\n\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical benefits, dental, vision\n\nLife Insurance\n\nPaid Time Off\n\nAN33\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
