If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aProduction Supervisor located inKallang, Singapore.\nReporting to theSenior Manager, theProduction Supervisor role responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLeads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the lines success.\n\nEvaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality.\n\nLead a team of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.\n\nTroubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.\n\nSolicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.\n\nProvides technical and operational advice to project teams.\n\nMay act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.\n\nEngage in training and coaching of junior operators.\n\nPrioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.\n\nInitiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.\n\nAssist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.\n\nMaintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.\n\nEnsures compliance to manufacturing standards.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nRequires a bachelor’s degree in any field\n\nMinimum 3 years of working experience\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nLife Insurance\n\nMedical Benefits\n\nBonuses\n\nPaid Time-Off\n\nAL21\nAA07\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
