If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nJob Summary:\nThe “Production supervisor ” will be based in Flex South, reporting to the Production Supervisor\nThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations, ensuring assigned lines meet quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets. This role supervises and develops production teams, resolves operational issues, drives process improvements, and works closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations.\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nLead daily production activities across assigned lines/processes, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets are met.\nSupervise and develop production personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.\nMonitor production performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.\nCoordinate production schedules based on customer requirements, material availability, equipment capacity, and priorities.\nTroubleshoot process and equipment issues and coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for resolution.\nIdentify and support process improvement, cost reduction, and new product introduction initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with manufacturing standards, safety requirements, and company policies.\nSupport department budgeting, resource planning, and operational projects.\nMaintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.\nRequirements / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\n3+ years of experience in manufacturing/production, preferably in a high-volume or technical environment.\n1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.\nManejo de WIP, Ordenes de producción y trazabilidad de serial aging.\nExperience with production planning, process improvement, problem-solving, and performance metrics.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes.\nAbility to analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.\nStrong communication, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work effectively with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\nIntermediate English preferred.\nAvailability to work rotating shifts, if required.\nWhat you will receive for the excellent work you deliver:\nCompetitive salary\nLife and medical insurance\nChristmas bonus\nFood vouchers\nSavings fund\nJM54\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
