If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Automation Engineer located in Aguascalientes\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead automation projects from concept, design, validation, and implementation in manufacturing environments.\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency through automation technologies.\nDevelop and integrate PLC-controlled systems, robotics, AMRs, and Cobots into production processes.\nDesign and implement pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical automation solutions.\nCreate connections between information inputs, controllers, sensors, and production outputs.\nDevelop and execute tests, simulations, and validations to ensure systems perform as intended.\nDesign fixtures, gages, and poka-yoke solutions to improve process capability and product quality.\nMonitor automation systems performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nTroubleshoot equipment, automation systems, and manufacturing process issues through root cause analysis.\nManage safety systems, motor controls, drives, communication networks, and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to support manufacturing requirements.\nMaintain technical documentation including BoMs, specifications, work instructions, and engineering drawings.\n The experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related field.\nAdvanced English communication skills (written and verbal).\nStrong experience in automation engineering within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience leading and managing automation projects.\nExperience in process and state of work development.\nExpertise in Bill of Materials (BoM) structuring.\nStrong focus on maintaining systems integrity and reliability.\nIn-depth knowledge of automation equipment design and integration.\nExperience with pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.\nHands-on experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and control systems.\nProficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.\nFamiliarity with Design for Excellence (DFX) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.\nKnowledge and practical application of Poka-Yoke methodologies.\nExperience in the design and implementation of fixtures and gages.\nProficient skills in robotic automation and industrial robotics integration.\nExperience working with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and/or Collaborative Robots (Cobots).\nStrong background in mechanical engineering.\nExperience in the design and development of mechanical systems.\nExcellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\nExperience supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKM09\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
