If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Automation SME (RH) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to Human Resources Manager, Automation SME (RH) this role involves overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.\nPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop and implement automation solutions to optimize HR processes and workflows.\nDesign, build, and maintain applications, tools, and system enhancements for HR operations.\nUtilize platforms such as Workday, advanced Excel, VBA macros, and development applications to streamline HR tasks.\nPartner with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization.\nProvide technical and functional support for HR systems and tools, ensuring proper functionality and user adoption.\nConduct analysis of HR processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions.\nEnsure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations when implementing automation solutions.\nPrepare and maintain documentation related to the operation and maintenance of automation equipment and tools.\nManage projects within budget and time constraints, providing status reports as required.\nSupport training and knowledge transfer to HR users and stakeholders on new automation tools and processes.\nEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nEngineering experience, including application development and process automation.\nKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:\nAdvanced Excel skills, including VBA macro programming.\nProficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML5\nExperience with ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and SQL query development.\nKnowledge of Workday and/or HR systems (preferred).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.\nAbility to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints.\nAbility to make effective and persuasive presentations to management and stakeholders.\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nOC16\nJob Category\nHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
