This role focuses on troubleshooting automation hardware and software, performing preventive maintenance and supporting production\nShift Schedule: 630am-630pm Rotating Shift\nKey Responsibilities\nProduction & Support\nMaintain and troubleshoot automated production equipment, including robots, conveyors, vision systems, and automated assembly/test stations.\nRespond quickly to equipment downtime to diagnose root cause and restore production.\nSupport daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.\nVerify proper operation of safety interlocks, light curtains, E-Stops, and guarding.\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment.\nIdentify recurring issues and recommend permanent corrective actions.\nRetrieve spare parts and assist with equipment documentation.\nParticipate in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.\nDocument repairs, changes, and maintenance activities.\nSupport training of operators and maintenance personnel on automated systems.\nStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude\nAbility to work independently under production pressure\nGood communication and documentation skills\nTeam-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset\nComfortable working with both engineering and production teams\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Technology.\n2+ years of experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment (production environment).\nHands-on experience with:Sensors, pneumatics, motors, drives, and servo systems\nIndustrial HMIs and automation hardware\n\nAbility to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and control diagrams.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAW20\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
