If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Building Assembler - Sheet Metal located in Dallas, TX.\nReporting to the Production Manager, the Building Assembler - Sheet Metal is responsible for assembling fabricated metal parts for substation building enclosures according to specifications.\nWork Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nReview, analyze, and follow various blueprints, diagrams, drawing, procedures, and work instructions to complete assemblies\n\nMechanical assembly of components including sheet metal and other materials\n\nUses various power tools and hand tools (ex. Drills, impacts, screwdrivers, grinders, etc.) to accomplish assigned tasks\n\nConduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet specifications and quality standards\n\nIdentify any product defects; record and report them accordingly\n\nMonitor and maintain inventory of necessary supplies, tools, and parts in workstation\n\nMaintain a clean and safe work area\n\nPerform all other duties as assigned\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n\n1-2 years of related experience in assembly in a manufacturing setting\n\nReading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, and engineering diagrams\n\nBasic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements\n\nBasic understanding of tools (ex.
