Roles are available in: San Francisco, Miami, New York, and fully remote.\nFlex Fuels Ambition.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for a frontline BDR Manager to lead a team of 7-9 IC BDRs and report directly to our Head of Sales Development. You'll be the day-to-day coach, performance manager, and operator for the team - owning ramp, pipeline pacing, and the AE+BDR pod motion that drives our top of funnel.\nThis is a player-coach role for someone who loves building teams, not managing dashboards. You'll have real input on hiring, comp, tooling, and how we run outbound - and a direct hand in scaling the BDR org through its next phase of growth.\nWhat you'll do\nManage and coach 7-9 BDRs through weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline reviews\n\nOwn ramp and performance management for new hires and existing reps\n\nDrive the AE+BDR pod motion - joint account work, weekly sprints, creative outbound\n\nPartner with the Head of Sales Development on team strategy, hiring, and quota planning\n\nWork cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to keep the team set up to win\n\nHire and onboard the next layer of the BDR team alongside Recruiting\n\nWhat we're looking for\nPrior experience as a BDR or SDR yourself before moving into leadership - you've sat in the seat and made the calls\n\nPrior experience leading a BDR or SDR team as a manager, team lead, or player-coach\n\nA track record of coaching reps to quota and managing pipeline metrics (SQLs, conversion, ramp)\n\nFintech background strongly preferred - financial infrastructure, payments, spend management, or B2B fintech experience is a major plus\n\nComfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment where decisions get made quickly and priorities shift\n\nA naturally cross-functional operating style - you build relationships across AEs, Marketing, and Ops without friction\n\nStrong communication and a coaching-first mindset, with the ability to hold a high bar on accountability\n\nWe don't have a hard years-of-experience requirement.
