If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nBusiness excellence Assistant - 2\nWhat a Typical Day Looks Like\nDevelop internal communication materials including newsletters, announcements, employee spotlights, campaigns, and leadership messages.\nCreate executive-level PowerPoint presentations, templates, graphics, infographics, and branded communication assets.\nSupport SharePoint administration by developing, maintaining, and updating site content and communication pages.\nDraft and adapt messaging for Teams, SharePoint, email communications, digital displays, and employee engagement platforms.\nPartner with site leadership to communicate business updates, achievements, customer successes, and strategic initiatives.\nLead visual storytelling efforts highlighting employee achievements, company culture, community involvement, and site milestones.\nCapture professional photography for events, customer visits, employee recognition, leadership activities, and site communications.\nEdit and enhance photography assets using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.\nCreate and edit basic video content supporting leadership communications, onboarding, recruiting, and employee engagement initiatives.\nDesign promotional materials including event branding, apparel graphics, posters, site signage, banners, and recognition materials.\nSupport onboarding, wellness, learning, safety, and engagement programs through effective communication campaigns.\nMaintain branding standards and visual consistency across all communication channels.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts through visual management, standardization, and communication effectiveness initiatives.\nCollaborate with Human Resources, Program Management, Operations, and site leadership to ensure alignment and timely delivery of communication projects.\nMaintain digital asset libraries including photographs, templates, branding materials, and communication resources.\nEducation & Experience\nTypically requires an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in:\nCommunications\nGraphic Design\nDigital Media\nBusiness Administration\nPublic Relations\nRelated field\nTypically requires 1-2 years of related experience.\nRecent college graduates with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong PowerPoint presentation development and visual design skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.\nExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects\nExperience with Canva or similar graphic design platforms.\nKnowledge of professional photography techniques, photo editing, and digital asset management.\nExperience creating and editing video content for internal communications and engagement initiatives.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong visual storytelling and branding capabilities.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across multiple levels of the organization.\nStrong customer-service mindset and ability to support leadership-level communications.\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and recommend practical solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPortfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, communications, branding, presentation development, or video production work.\nExperience administering or developing SharePoint sites.\nExperience supporting executive-level presentations.\nExperience managing internal communication campaigns.\nEvent photography and content creation experience.\nFamiliarity with social media and employer branding strategies.\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
