If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Excellence Manager located in North Campus.\nReporting to the VP, Operations the Business Excellence Manager’s role involves:\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nWork as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3. \nApplying and deploying Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the entire organization. \nIn charge of eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment. \nUtilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process. \nDrive and yokoten the identified Best practices based on the accord timelines. \nCreate and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs. \nConduct Industrial Engineering, lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean Continuous Improvement culture through out the organization by co-guiding and co-facilitating Lean Deployment. \nPerform assessment of CIMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps. \nDiligentlly participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects. \nFor assigned special project/segment/customer priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean \nTransformation.
