To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North Campus.

Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency

• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems - including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation

• Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables

• Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status

• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption

• Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy for users and their experiences.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Intermediate English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in technology and confidence to demonstrate products.
  • Database knowledge as MS SQL. (nice to have other databases knowledge)
  • Nice to have Development knowledge.
  • Nice to have Networking knowledge.
