If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\nJob Description\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North Campus.\nReporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nResearch complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency\n\nProvide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems - including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation\n\nResearch, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables\n\nCreate infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status\n\nCommunicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption\n\nExecute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nStrong client-facing and presentation skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.\nCreative problem solving.\nStrong listening skills and empathy for users and their experiences.\nAnalytical skills.\nIntermediate English skills, both written and verbal.\nInterest in technology and confidence to demonstrate products.\nDatabase knowledge as MS SQL.
