The Business Systems Analyst In this role, you’ll be in charge of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions, while being in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes to make them more efficient. You’ll also be designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a viable and consistent solution.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nResearch complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency by planning and scheduling project deliverables, goals, milestones\nProvide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, delivering consultation to users related to automated systems\nResearch, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.\nResolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer’s requirements.\nCommunicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.\nExplore and define new methods and requirements by writing functional and technical specifications for developers and execute Global IT projects.\nVast knowledge of business processes and procedures makes you a critical team-player driving assigned projects to their successful completion.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nEnglish Proficiency.\nInterest in technology and confidence to demonstrate products.\nExperience and general knowledge of computerized databases, supply chain management and process guidelines.\nDemonstrates skills in functional/ technical area.\nGood knowledge of the MS Office package.\nCommunication, analytical skills, problem solving, critical thinking, team player, proactive, adaptable and always ready to learn.\nAbility to successfully follow up closure and complete projects assigned\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical Insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nHS115\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
