If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Batu Kawan, Penang..\n What a typical day looks like:\nScoping exercise to find out the current environment and gather requirements from project sites.\nTraining of Key users on the use of ERP (Baan, LN,etc) in general and the planning/procurement module in specific and related sub-systems.\nDesign processes that will adhere to predefined standard process.\nConduct a testing session with the user on the use of ERP application and other sub-systems.\nConduct testing on development solutions that are requested for the project you are working on.\nSetup of system and master data for go-live migration, may include liaising with multiple expert teams on the setup of various sub-systems.\nPerform post-live support.\nAttend global meetings relevant to implementation - since it is global, may involve after-office / evening/ night meetings.\nAttend training on systems, products, processes etc - local or global - mainly relevant to your job scope.\nJoin developments, solution team as part of GD as advisor, SME, POC, testing, verification etc.\nDepending on the situation, project size, and resource availability, there will be times you may need to assume the Project Manager role.\nTravel to sites is required according to the project requirements.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n3-5 years of work experience in ERP knowledge especially in Procurement/Planning Operations\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nMedical benefits, dental, vision\nLife Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nPerformance Bonus\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
