The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nTo support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aBusiness Systems Analyst L1 located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the IT Operations Manager theBusiness Systems Analyst L1 role will be responsible for providing first-level support for manufacturing and production systems, ensuring the continuity of business-critical applications used on the production floor. This role serves as the primary point of contact for users, troubleshooting system incidents, supporting internal applications, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nProvide Level 1 support for production-related systems and applications.\nRespond to and resolve tickets generated directly from manufacturing operations.\nSupport internal platforms and applications such as Flex Flow, ServiceNow/Knowledge Base tools, and custom-developed systems.\nTroubleshoot Zebra printer issues, label generation, and system connectivity problems.\nMonitor daily system performance and ensure uninterrupted production operations.\nExecute database queries to obtain, validate, and analyze operational information.\nDocument incidents, root causes, and solutions within established support processes.\nEscalate complex issues to Level 2 or development teams when required.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to identify process improvements.\nSupport testing and deployment of system enhancements and updates.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\nExperience supporting business or manufacturing systems.\nBasic knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.\nAbility to retrieve, analyze, and validate information from databases.\nUnderstanding of incident management and ticketing systems.\nEnglish proficiency: Basic to Intermediate.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent customer service orientation and communication skills.\nSchedule availability.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nKJ12\nJob Category\nITFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
