If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Commodity Buyer, Indirect Procurement such as Facilities, IT, Professional Services, HR Services etc. Located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to theCommodity Manager Indirect, The candidate will be responsible for execution and improvement of procurement processes at Axiom, specifically working with the sites across US.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nKnowledge and experience working in Indirect Procurement commodities such as MRO, Facilities or Services.\nWork with stakeholders to review and approve the requisitions received on a day to day basis.\nLead the sourcing process from start to finish, including guising a cross functional team through bid evaluation, selection criteria, supplier award and contracting processes.\nImplement Indirect Procurement strategies to consolidate supply base, increase the spend under management, expand Preferred Supplier List and improve overall cycle time.\nManage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders through quarterly business reviews, timely contract negotiations and completing action plans.\nIdentify opportunities to improve the efficiency, reporting capabilities, and consultative approach of our services and facilities related procurement.\nExperience with working on procurement tools for sourcing, requisitions, contracts, purchase orders and supplier management.\nHeavy focus on Indirect Procurement policies, Financial policies and compliance; always striving to do the right thing.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\nStrong English Skills (spoken and written).\nAdvanced analytical, project management and negotiations skills and experience required.\nDemonstrated ability to manage projects and with minimal oversight.\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing\nExperience in sourcing, negotiating and managing agreements.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nSC69\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
