If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Commodity Manager, Indirect Procurement such as Facilities, IT, Professional Services, HR Services etc. Located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to theCommodity Manager Indirect, this role is Responsible for building internal relationships and developing indirect material sourcing and supply base strategies, participating in developing processes to effectively control spending in the Indirect Procurement commodities and scale to support anticipated growth along with the corporation.\nTo standardize indirect commodities, development and management of supply chain relationships, and drive further site cost reductions across the Axiom portfolio through Supply Chain consolidation and development of cost savings strategies, specifically working with the sites across US.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nResponsible for supporting indirect material sourcing and supply base management strategies and policies. Participate and provide direction in the development of preferred suppliers working closely with regional and global teams.\nWork closely with regional and global teams to develop strategies that will drive synergy savings.\nImplement and communicate strategic and preferred commodity plans designed to meet site performance goals\nMeet or exceed published cost reduction goals with agreed-to time frames, establish long-term relationships that benefit Flex worldwide.\nMonitor current market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply-demand trends.\nWork with site purchasing managers to develop the scope of work for services to optimize project costs by implementing approved quotation process.\nProvide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult and complex estimating and/or procurement assignments.\nWork closely with regional teams and with site NPP and MRO teams to develop strategies that will drive synergies savings across the sites.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\nStrong English Skills (spoken and written).\nknowledge in MRO purchasing\nAdvanced analytical, project management and negotiations skills and experience required.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing projects and with minimal oversight.\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.\nExperience in sourcing, negotiating and managing service agreements\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nSC69\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
