The role acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, process owners, and value stream teams to identify compliance risks, strengthen control environments, and improve governance maturity.\nThis is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities and requires strong stakeholder management, compliance expertise, and analytical capabilities.\nReports to theSenior Manager, and the role involves,\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCompliance Governance & Oversight\nExecute the enterprise compliance framework across assigned business areas.\nMonitor regulatory, policy, and governance compliance requirements.\nFacilitate periodic compliance reviews and control assessments.\nEnsure alignment between corporate policies, operational processes, and compliance requirements.\nRisk Assessment & Monitoring\nConduct compliance risk assessments and identify emerging risks.\nMaintain compliance risk registers and track risk mitigation plans.\nSupport development of risk-based compliance monitoring programs.\nPerform thematic reviews to identify control weaknesses and process gaps.\nInternal Controls & Assurance\nEvaluate control design and operating effectiveness.\nSupport SOX, SoD, policy compliance, and governance reviews.\nAlign the findings/observations, and remediation plans.\nMonitor closure of corrective and preventive actions.\nReporting & Analytics\nDevelop compliance dashboards and executive reports.\nAnalyze compliance metrics, KRIs, KPIs, and trends.\nProvide periodic compliance updates to leadership and governance forums.\ncompliance issues and emerging risks.\nBusiness Partnership\nGlobal process Owners, Value Stream Leaders, Functional Leaders, and Site Leadership.\nSuggest process changes, transformations, initiatives from a compliance perspective.\nProvide practical compliance guidance to operational teams.\nCompliance Program Management\nSupport policy governance, training, awareness, and communication initiatives.\nParticipate in investigations and special reviews when required.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the compliance program.\nAudit & Assurance Support\nCoordinate internal and external audit requests.\nSupport management responses and action plan tracking.\nAssist in audit readiness activities.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's /master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related discipline.\n 10 -12 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Controls, SOX, or Governance.\nStrong understanding of internal controls, governance frameworks, and compliance programs.\nExperience working within a multinational organization, Big4, GCC, or shared services environment preferred.\nFlexible to work in (8am - 5pm / 11am - 8pm)\nKey Competencies\n· Compliance Governance\n· Enterprise Risk Management\n· Internal Controls & SOX\n· Compliance Monitoring\n· Audit & Assurance\n· Stakeholder Management\n· Data Analytics & Reporting\n· Business Partnering\n· Executive Communication\n· Problem Solving\nHere are a few examples of what you will get for the great work you provide:\nHealth Insurance\nPTO\nNK99\nJob Category\nFinanceRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
