If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Corporate Treasury analyst, located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Sr Director, Finance, the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\n Oversees daily cash operations - updating daily bank balances from bank systems/reports, inputting bank wires, and monitoring balances to define cash position for funding and/or investments. \nEvaluates and negotiates banking services and fees, monitors bank performance and manages overall banking relationship. \nCoordinates banking activities for acquisitions and divestitures. \nAssists in wire investigations for corporate bank account reconciliations. \nMaintains global bank account database. \nPerforms worldwide investigation for cash reporting, excess cash, interest income and expense research. \nInteracts with sites to ensure compliance with company’s treasury policy and procedures. \nHolds up Corporate and Regional Treasury for Cash Management/Treasury related activities. \nWorks closely with the General Ledger/Bank Reconciliation team to close the open items on timely basis. \nProvides required documentation and maintain appropriate source documents and other related documents in holds up for Audit \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, Finance, or Accounting.\nStrong knowledge of cash management principles and treasury operations.\nExperience with bank reconciliations and wire transfer processes.\nUnderstanding of banking products, services, and relationship management.\nProficiency in financial systems, Microsoft Excel, and treasury management tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced global environment and manage multiple priorities.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nSaving Fund.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nOC16\nJob Category\nFinanceRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
