What you do with those opportunities is up to you.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nJ.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar license, or eligibility to become admitted promptly.\n\n0-2 years of legal experience. Law firm, in-house, government, judicial clerkship, and other relevant legal experience will all be considered.\n\nStrong academic, legal research, writing, and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, thoughtful work.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.\n\nGood judgment, including knowing when to work through an issue independently and when to ask for help.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with lawyers and non-lawyers across the company.\n\nAn interest in contracts and commercial work and a desire to develop strong drafting and negotiation skills.\n\nAn interest in fintech, financial services, technology, or startups.
