If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our outstanding teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Guadalajara.\nReporting to the Manager, Operations, the Customer Service Representative role involves assisting with the management of key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAppropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing a comprehensive and high-quality services for all customer needs\nHandle enquiries, and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolution\nMaintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers\nInterpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.\nIdentify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed\nDemonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English, and minimize the use of jargon to best ensure customer comprehension\nIn charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results KPIs.\nCoordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, Sales and Export Process.\nSOX controls knowledge validation prices, incoterms, terms of payment and agreements.\nCoordination with the warehouse and logistics area of shipments following the shipping instructions requested by the customer, comprehension incoterms and import of records.\nCorrect follow-up and coordination of the different operational areas involved in the planning of production and delivery of FG of a project, in order to help the client in all their requisitions, exceeding their expectations.\nMonitoring of customer demand, reception of purchase orders and coordination with material and production control for the manufacture of the models requested as a priority by the customer\nBusiness and Operations Knowledge EDI, CTO, BTO, BTF, Bilateral and Triangular Invoicing Process.\nCreate CMF, MRF and PQR.\nInvolve in CFT, Operations and customer meetings.\nExperience we are looking for to join our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\nExperience working in a similar manufacturing environment\nCustomer service: Always focused on customer needs\nPrevious experience in a similar role is required\nAdvanced English.\nAdvanced Excel skills are required\nWhat you will receive for the great work you do:\nCompetitive Salary.\nMedical and life insurance.\nChristmas bonus.\nFood vouchers.\nSavings Fund.\nGM13\nJob Category\nSales - Marketing - Account MgmtRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
